چکیده

The Congress will be held at Sydney’s famous Convention Centre, on the waterfront close to the Sydney Opera House. The organizers (Richard Harvey, Chair, Sally Dunwoodie, Peter Currie, Patrick Tam and others) have put together a very exciting program. There will be presentations by two Nobel laureates (Sydney Brenner and Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard), the winner of the 2005 ISDB Ross Harrison Prize (Elliot Meyerowitz, Caltech), ten plenary lecturers and over 60 scheduled Symposium speakers. An additional 40 oral Symposium presentations will be selected from submitted posters.
